Virginia Transportation Construction Alliance (VTCA) 2013 Spring Conference

Focusing on Virginia’s constantly changing environment and the impact it has on the transportation construction, engineering and aggregate industries this year’s conference will explore the outcome of the latest funding efforts by the General Assembly. The potential for new funding as our economy recovers will have significant impact on how VDOT and the industry pursue the delivery of the Commonwealth’s Transportation Program. In addition to specifics on the future of transportation funding the conference will include multiple technical and business development sessions led by VDOT and industry personnel. Throughout the duration of the conference over 70 industry businesses will be showcasing their latest products and services in the Exhibit Hall.

Joint Engineer Training & Conference (JETC) Expo 2013

The 2013 JETC features an ever-growing Expo Hall where more than 250 companies and public agencies will be on-hand to showcase products and services and to make connections. In addition, there is ample opportunity to mingle with colleagues and make new acquaintances at social events like the Ice Breaker and Society Ball.

The International Bridge Conference® (IBC) is the pre-eminent arena for the bridge industry in North America, Europe and Asia. Sponsored by the Engineers’ Society of Western Pennsylvania, the IBC annually attracts over 1,600 bridge owners and engineers, senior policy makers, government officials, bridge designers, construction executives, and suppliers from throughout the United States and abroad. Now in it’s 30th year as an annual conference, the 2012 participants came from 46 states and 20 countries. The IBC is planned by an all-volunteer group and provides continuing education and networking opportunities to members of all facets of the bridge industry.
