The Reinforced Earth® system is the predominant method of construction for sloped-wall and mineral storage facilities worldwide. Live storage facilities store and protect the materials, as well as facilitate load-out. Reinforced Earth walls form a stable embankment and distribute loads evenly at the base. Unlike other methods of sloped-wall construction, Reinforced Earth is a rapid, cost effective system that is able to withstand and adjust to differential settlement and heavy loading without loss of structural integrity.

Reinforced Earth is also used effectively in the construction of tall, vertical crusher headwalls and truck dump walls. These structures are designed to withstand dead weight loadings and the impact of extremely heavy plant equipment.
