RE/Tension™ - Counterfort Wall Architectural Finishes
Ashlar Stone
One of the most aesthetically appealing panel finishes, Ashlar Stone is cast in a form liner that has been
molded to simulate a traditional stone block wall. When viewed at an angle, the cruciform shape of the panel is
masked and the finish resembles a masonry stone wall.

Bush Hammered
The Bush Hammered surface treatment is a non-repetitive rough texture. Produced by casting panels against a
form liner, the Bush Hammered finish recreates a surface once achieved through mechanical distressing. It can be
used in combination with color additives or accepted stains.

Exposed Aggregate
Exposed Aggregate provides a striking finish to any surface. The exact color and surface texture is a function
of the actual aggregate used in the concrete and will vary from location to location. Acrylic sealers can enhance
the appearance, providing a glossy finish.

Fractured Fin
Fractured Fin is a liner produced texture of rough-edged vertical ribs. The ribs are available in various
heights and thicknesses. Obtaining proper alignment of the pattern from one panel to another requires precision precasting.

Fractured Granite
Fractured Granite is a liner produced texture of split granite stone. Concrete of different colors can be
used to produce attractive and as well as functional walls.

Geometric
The Geometric pattern provides a unique finish for retaining walls and abutments. This design tends to
deter vandalism and defacing. The addition of color creates a visually attractive surface.

Raised Surface
The Raised Surface is a unique Reinforced Earth® design. A specifically fabricated steel
base plate in the form raises the entire central rectangle of a panel into a 2-inch or 4-inch positive relief.

Custom Finishes
A wide variety of custom architectural finishes can be achieved through the use of shaped forms and tints.
These techniques can produce many kinds of striking repeating motifs and region-specific designs that give
character to otherwise plain surfaces.
