The Reinforced Earth Company (RECo) successfully completed another bulk material storage bunker under contract from Roberts & Schaeffer Company at the North Rochelle Mine located in the Powder River Basin near Wright, Wyoming.  The owner, Triton Coal Company, contracted with Roberts & Schaeffer for construction management services while Hladkey Construction, Inc., was responsible for the actual construction of the bunker.
